A Dick Tracy sketch?

a little more gruff than usual, but i tried to maintain his hawklike profile, only rendered my way.
since i'm a complete coward about putting black on a face, i was kinda fiddling with it on a head sketch earlier today, and it turned into this, for no real good reason.
i dunno. something's kinda got me hot on this idea. i have a feeling i'll end up doing some more pics of him, just to figure him out, visually, just for the fuck of it.

That's fantastic. Very noir, and almost what Dick Tracy would have been like if he didn't live in a technicolor dreamland.
That being said, I think Dick Tracy is one character in dire need of reinvention. Imagine the possibilities of Frank Miller on script and Tony Moore on pencils.
Haha.
How to draw a perfect hat by Tony Moore...! So that's how you do it, huh? Too cool!
Loving the coat Tony, great rendering on that...
